This is genuine, high-quality leather sourced from Italy and tanned using natural plant-based tannins instead of chemicals. Vegetable-tanned leather is not vegan leather—it is real leather, valued for its durability, rich texture, and the way it develops a beautiful natural patina over time. It represents traditional Italian craftsmanship and the highest standard of leather quality. The items are fully handmade in Antwerp, Belgium.
